Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all Whats_Pro services. We offer a 3-day free trial for all paid services. All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bikaner Court, Rajasthan, India.

3.2 Trial Limitations

  • One trial per user per product
  • Trial limited to legitimate business use
  • No data export during trial (unless converted to paid)
  • Limited support during trial period

3.3 Trial Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime during trial period
  • No charges if cancelled within trial period
  • Account data deleted within 30 days of cancellation
  • Cancellation via account settings or customer support

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain security of account credentials

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Whats_Pro services only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
  • Violate WhatsApp Terms of Service or Business API policies
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their customers
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

4.3 Content Responsibility

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

6. Refund Policy

6.1 No Refunds After Trial

Important: Since we provide a comprehensive 3-day free trial for all paid services, NO REFUNDS are available after the trial period expires and payment is processed.

6.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical error resulting in duplicate charges

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

  • Service continues until end of billing period
  • Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
  • No refund for unused portion of subscription

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse of our services or systems

11.3 Effect of Termination

  • Immediate cessation of service access
  • Data deletion within 30 days (unless legally required)
  • No refund of prepaid fees
  • Survival of certain provisions (payment, liability, etc.)

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Rajasthan.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Exclusive Jurisdiction: All disputes, claims, and legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Whats_Pro services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
